Amazon Publisher Monetization (APM) is looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager to define program strategies and deliver delightful solutions in video advertising to our advertisers. You will drive simple and elegant advertiser and publisher facing features with complex data systems behind them. You will manage implementation of multiple projects ensuring product strategy goals and requirements are delivered with quality.
In this role, you will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that span multiple business units and technical teams. You will drive the development and implementation of new advertising capabilities, establish technical frameworks for quality and performance, and help define the technical roadmap for our video advertising solutions. Key responsibilities include managing large-scale technical programs, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to define requirements, establishing success metrics, and ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives that drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale advertising technology programs, a deep understanding of streaming/digital video advertising, and a proven track record of delivering results in complex, matrix organizations. You will need to demonstrate strong technical acumen, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence across organizational boundaries.
