In this role, you will lead building a new initiative from the ground up. As an effective communicator, you will engage with S-TEAM leadership through both written and verbal communications. Your track record should show success in making high judgement decisions, fostering strong partnerships, advocating for customers, and influencing partner teams. You need to be comfortable with ambiguity, and thrive in a fast pace, start up environment.
Your responsibilities will include setting the CX vision, and collaborating with tech partners to develop scalable solutions. You will create experimental frameworks, analyze results, and structure scalable programs across diverse customer use cases and touchpoints.
