Ring&Blink are seeking a Senior Channel Marketing Manager to lead our Channel Marketing initiatives and drive growth across our key retail partnerships. This strategic role will oversee the offline business go-to-market function responsible for bringing the customer experience to life through product, feature and services launches. This role will oversee a VIP Elite account for both Ring&Blink. This role has the potential to be a people leader, overseeing a pod of Sr and Manager lever individuals that manage other VIP Elite and Tier 2 accounts.
This role provides an opportunity to innovate technology through retail marketing, spearhead significant brand initiatives, mentor team members, and collaborate with top retail partners. The successful candidate will blend strategic vision with practical implementation skills, showcasing both leadership and retail marketing proficiency.
Key job responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Drive strategic direction for a VIP Elite account that has executive level project visibility.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence within the channel marketing organization.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with both Ring &Blink's objectives and retail partners' goals.
Partner Communication & Program Development:
- Spearhead end-to-end channel marketing programs for Best Buy, from conceptualization through execution.
- Own the complete retail experience, including visual merchandising, omni-channel activations and brand presence.
- Design and implement data-driven annual and quarterly marketing plans that drive measurable business results.
- Manage program budget effectively.
Retail Excellence & Omni-channel Integration:
- Create compelling in-store and digital experiences that drive consideration, conversion, and customer education.
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all channels through close collaboration with digital teams.
- Pioneer innovative approaches to retail marketing that set Ring apart from competitors.
- Lead the development of best-in-class retail marketing materials and influence training programs.
Analytics & Performance Management:
- Partner with Retail Analytics to establish KPIs and measure program effectiveness.
- Deliver regular performance reports and actionable insights to key stakeholders.
- Optimize programs based on data-driven insights and market trends.
- Track and analyze competitive activities in the retail space.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, vendors, and agencies.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, GTM and Creative teams to ensure aligned execution.
- Manage external agency relationships and vendor partnerships.
