AWS Training & Curriculum is seeking an innovative, customer-obsessed Technical Program Manager to own the scaling of a content crowdsourcing and aggregation program. The Technical Program Manager (TPM), is responsible for setting objectives, analyzing data, and driving programmatic improvements quantified by metrics. In this role, you'll oversee multiple concurrent technical projects, create quarterly roadmaps, and manage complex cross-team dependencies. You'll work closely with a variety of technical stakeholders, including architects, product managers, and developers, to define and prioritize requirements, identify / escalate / mitigate risks, contribute to technical decisions, and accelerate program velocity.
You will drive program execution using established frameworks and methodologies, developing and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation to ensure smooth delivery and adoption of new tools across partner teams. Success in this role will be measured through a metrics framework that includes on-time delivery, program adoption rates, stakeholder satisfaction scores, scalability improvements, documentation quality, and partner feedback.

• Partner with stakeholders from across a wide range of teams to define requirements.
• Ensure program meets challenging business goals and/or shows measurable improvements in efficiency or experience for customers and internal stakeholders.
Apply project management best practices to increase team productivity and efficacy.
• Influence team technical priorities and business strategy through data-driven contributions
• Make a case for project priorities, resource allocation to achieve a desired business outcome, resolve a program deficiency, or unblock delivery.
• Proven business communication skills to a wide range of audiences including Directors.
