Amazon’s Operations Technology Supply Chain (OTS-SC) team is seeking a results-oriented and highly innovative Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives at the intersection of data governance, agentic AI workflows, and supply chain planning automation. This role is instrumental in ensuring the integrity and flow of data across Amazon’s global fulfillment ecosystem while driving strategic automation efforts that improve scale, speed, and efficiency.
OTS-SC provides a comprehensive suite of global lifecycle fulfillment services for technology equipment used by Amazon Stores and AWS Data Centers. In 2024, OTS-SC will fulfill over 3.4 million units (+9% YoY), worth $1B, spanning network infrastructure, end-user devices, and accessories across 6,105 global locations.
As a Sr. TPM, you will be responsible for designing and executing technical programs that enhance our planning and operational systems, optimize our ERP data structures, and eliminate upstream and downstream data quality gaps. You will drive automation of key business processes across sourcing, configuration, and planning using modern technologies including agentic AI, ML models, APIs, and workflow engines.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead and execute global technical programs aimed at automating core supply chain planning and fulfillment processes.
- Develop and implement data governance frameworks, including source system controls, validation rules, and exception-handling workflows to ensure high-quality, end-to-end data across suppliers, vendors, and internal systems.
- Partner with software engineering, data science, and business operations teams to design scalable AI/ML-driven planning workflows, ensuring adoption and long-term maintainability.
- Serve as the single-threaded leader for programs that interface between external supplier systems, third-party logistics, and Amazon’s internal ERP platforms.
- Identify and resolve systemic data integrity issues that impact operational efficiency, reporting, and financial accuracy.
- Build program mechanisms (WBRs, MBRs, dashboards) to drive accountability and visibility across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Represent OTS-SC in working groups for cross-Amazon initiatives focused on infrastructure data standardization, tooling modernization, and integrated business planning.
