We are seeking a tenured Senior Product Manager - Technical with a successful history of delivering high-impact, multi-organizational, and multi-year initiatives. This role is critical for driving the Amazon Haul shopping experience.

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision, strategy and business impact.
• Deeply understand the technology that underpins our CX.
• Collaborate closely with your immediate engineering partners and partner teams to support the long term technology strategy.
• Work closely with business, operations, sales & marketing and finance teams to understand friction points and opportunities. Collaborate with engineering counterparts on the roadmap to address gaps, identify dependencies and clear blockers, balancing impact vs. engineering cost.
• Champion the ideal end-to-end experience for your customers.
• Leverage data and define the success metrics for features or services to track performance, deep-dive on issues and uncover trends and patterns.
