In this role, you will be the first point of contact for many potential business clients, responsible for converting inbound leads generated through phone inquiries and our e-commerce platform into valuable, long-term customers. Your ability to actively listen, understand unique business requirements, and clearly articulate the value of IdeaTek's services will be crucial to our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Lead Conversion & Customer Relationship Building:
- Promptly and professionally respond to inbound business inquiries received via phone and e-commerce channels.
- Build strong initial rapport with potential clients, creating a positive and trustworthy experience.
- Qualify leads by understanding the potential customer's business needs, challenges, and technical requirements.
- Effectively communicate IdeaTek's mission, values, and broadband service offerings, highlighting the benefits and value proposition tailored to each specific inquiry.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource and subject matter expert on IdeaTek's services, providing accurate and comprehensive information.
- Guide potential customers through the sales process, addressing their questions and concerns effectively.
- Present tailored solutions and recommendations based on a thorough understanding of the client's needs.
- Proactively follow up with leads to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
Sales Process & CRM Management:
- Efficiently manage and update all lead interactions and progress within the CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
- Utilize the CRM to track conversion rates, identify trends, and optimize inbound sales strategies.
- Adhere to established inbound sales processes and best practices to maximize conversion opportunities.
Contribution to Sales Strategy:
- Provide valuable feedback on the effectiveness of inbound lead generation channels and suggest improvements.
- Stay up-to-date on IdeaTek's service offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Contribute to the development of strategies to optimize inbound lead conversion rates and overall sales performance.
- Collaborate with other internal teams, such as operations and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
