In this role, you will bolster reporting around new launch risks including weekly project updates, drive parity in documentation processes across all business units within WWE&I org, and take on additional special projects, including compiling documents for deep-dive request and producing executive level reporting. • Writing and developing documents and presentations, and owning frequent meetings with leadership
• Coordinating efforts to develop optimal solutions
• Prioritizing and managing multiple projects and tasks while effectively influencing, negotiating, and communicating with business partners and stakeholders
A day in the life
As a PMO Specialist, your day revolves around coordinating projects and driving data-driven decisions. You lead weekly reviews with diverse stakeholders, analyze project data, and track customer success metrics. You collaborate with Planning Managers, Engineering teams, and operations to understand requirements and solve problems. Your role involves revamping control plans, mitigating risks, and improving processes. You spend time writing documentation, updating project management tools, and facilitating communication between teams. Your day is a dynamic mix of strategic planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder management, all aimed at optimizing planning processes to support operations.
