Position Summary
This role is the primary contact for IT related activities at the site and supports multiple stakeholders across the building including operations, HR, facilities, safety, etc. There will be a variety of responsibilities that will include data analysis, database management, software and hardware support, project support and network POC for IT.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities (essential functions)
- Analyze and manipulate data for operational digestion
- Create tools, macros, etc. for use by local teams
- Manage and create databases as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve site processes through technical solutions
- Support ad hoc requests
- Ownership of local IT equipment and requests
- Act as primary IT contact for any systems issues
- IT POC for projects on-site
- Responsible for asset management and tracking
- Coordinate updates, assist with testing, and help support the various IT systems and software for Campus and Transportation
- Support equipment set up
- Act as functional expert IT stakeholder for senior leadership team
Knowledge
- Microsoft Office Programs
- Database experience
- EAM knowledge a plus

- Macro and tool creation through various programs
Abilities
- Work in a warehouse environment
- Must be able to work needed schedule to perform assigned duties
- Proficient with computer for data entry and research purposes
- Highly motivated, self-starter and team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple task in a fast-paced environment
Education
Experience
- Familiarity/experience in a distribution environment
- 3+ years of experience with hardware and software systems, maintenance, and technical support
