Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), a non-profit service provider in North Carolina & Virginia, seeks compassionate, caring, and dedicated individuals to become full-time Behavior Techs to our clients living with developmental disabilities and/or mental health challenges residing in our Youth Crisis Therapeutic Home located in Culpeper, VA.
*This position comes with a sign-on and retention bonus of $2000*

Tuesday, Thursday 7a-3p and Friday, Saturday 7a-7p (BT I or BT II)
Sunday, Monday 7a-7p and Tuesday, Wednesday 7a-3p (BT II)
Wednesday, Thursday 7a-3p and Friday, Saturday 7a-7p (BT I or BT II)
What You’ll Do
The Behavior Technician (BT) supports individuals at the YCTH with co-occurring disabilities and behavioral health needs. This position involves leading daily programs and group activities, rehabilitative interventions, implementing therapeutic strategies, and providing assistance with personal care as needed. As an integral member of the REACH team, the BT works collaboratively with primary care providers, community crisis resources, and families of individuals referred to the home to ensure consistent, compassionate, and coordinated care.

- CPR / First Aid

What We’re Looking For
To join our team as a Behavior Technician (BT) you must have experience working with IDD/Behavioral Health (BH) disorders. We also require the following:
- Minimum education levels with BH experience:
- BT I: High School diploma and behavior health experience
- BT II: Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field, or QMHP (trainee), or qualify for QMHP
- Maintain valid state appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
