Prime Air is seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Program Manager to drive the delivery of critical milestones involving design and development, industrialization, and manufacturing operations with key strategic suppliers. This role requires excellent leadership skills to build trust and drive alignment.
The desired candidate will possess a supply chain background background, have demonstrated experience leading large-scale development efforts, and be able to operate in ambiguous and technically complex spaces. You are responsible for driving cross-functional supply chain, procurement, supply base engineering, and logistics teams to deliver on complex schedules to ensure we meet program milestones. You are an effective written and verbal communicator, and adept at communicating to executives, up to and including vice presidents. You are relentlessly organized, and can juggle competing priorities across a complex organization.
Key job responsibilities
- Own and drive strategic suppliers milestones, tracking and implementation of deliverables, integrated scheduling, quality and cost
- Work with global commodity managers, engineering, quality, and supply base engineering to create, implement, and drive processes that improve execution and communication with suppliers.
- Remove blockers to help integrated programs move faster and implement opportunities to accelerate on the critical path
- Communicate status, risks, blockers, and integrated schedule to stakeholders including executives
- Own the integrated schedule, including communicating status and risks for the supply chain organization
