As part of Kuiper's Global Business Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in defining, creating, and managing the central mechanisms that ensure our business is run effectively at launch and beyond.

Key job responsibilities
Design, implement, and lead operational readiness programs to ensure smooth business launch and ongoing operations
Drive clarity in organization spanning technical systems and operational workflows
Dive deep into business metrics, helping to define what we measure, how, and why
Navigate through ambiguity and drive consensus between cross-functional stakeholder groups
Write effective narratives and present them concisely to senior management
