Southeast Gas has an immediate opening for a Budget & Reporting Analyst at its Andalusia Office.
Responsibilities for the job include:
· Financial reporting & forecasting
· Preparing budgets & financial statements
· Cross-departmental training & collaboration
· Regulatory & operational financial support
· Special projects & financial research
Requirements for the job include:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
· Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CGFM preferred
· 5–7 years of accounting experience, preferably in the utility or oil & gas industry
· Public accounting or audit experience preferred
· Extensive knowledge of GAAP, utility accounting, & financial systems
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel & accounting software
· Strong communication & problem-solving skills
