Come be a part of a rapidly expanding $25 billion dollar global business. At Amazon Business Services, we stand at the intersection of tech and retail in the B2B space, developing innovative purchasing and procurement solutions for organizations of all sizes - from individual proprietors to global enterprises. We set out every day to disrupt the status quo by delivering efficient solutions that help businesses reimagine buying. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, quickly growing business segment within Amazon.
We are looking for a Field Launch Manager (FLM) to lead the successful launch of new customer engagements across North America. As part of the Amazon Business Services (ABServ) team, you will be the on-the-ground owner of new customer onboarding, responsible for translating business requirements into operational execution and ensuring launch readiness through rigorous standards, training, and customer obsession.
The Field Launch Manager plays a critical role post-sale, partnering with customers and internal teams to bring services online seamlessly and at scale. You will act as the face of the organization on-site, ensuring Amazon’s high operational bar is met while navigating ambiguity, solving problems in real time, and driving a consistent and high-quality experience for customers and partners alike.
This is a 100% travel role, with frequent on-site presence required at customer locations. You will work closely with stakeholders in Business Development, Operations, Vendor Management, and Product to support everything from launch planning through execution, training, and post-launch stabilization.
If you are ready to build the ABServ business, break records, and create a lasting impact for customers and your team, this is the role for you.
