This role offers significant visibility and impact, working directly with site leadership and cross-functional partners to enhance our customer experience through improved specialized handling processes.
Key job responsibilities
• Own end-to-end SPAR operations.
• Drive WIP management and backlog reduction initiatives
• Develop and scale training programs across the network
• Implement process improvements for Specialized items with a focus on high-value/high-risk item handling
• Partner with R&R & RELO teams on SPAR operational excellence
• Support network-wide SPAR expansion efforts
