Key job responsibilities
Community Leadership and AI Adoption – A cornerstone of your role will be leading the Stores AI Lighthouse (SAIL) Program, Amazon Store's central hub for AI resources and community building. Through SAIL, you'll shape how thousands of developers across Amazon discover, adopt, and leverage AI tools in their daily work. You'll establish knowledge-sharing forums, streamline 3P tool approvals, and create mechanisms for scaling successful AI practices across the organization.
StoreGen’s Product Portfolio – In this role, you'll lead and mentor a high-performing team of Principal Product Managers overseeing StoreGen’s AI development platforms and tools. You'll define the product vision and roadmap for StoreGen's portfolio, including tools that span the software development lifecycle.
Strategic Partnership – Working directly with Stores’ AI-native single threaded leader, you'll help shape and drive the technical strategy and vision for AI-native development. This role offers significant engagement with VP and SVP stakeholders as we advance Amazon's AI transformation, providing opportunities to participate in strategic discussions that influence Amazon's technical future.
Your day-to-day will involve close partnership with Engineering, Science, and Program Management leadership to ensure seamless execution across the organization.
