Join Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) as an Intensive In-Home (IIH) Therapist/Team Lead, where you’ll deliver life-changing support to children and adolescents at risk of out-of-home placement. This is your opportunity to work within a dynamic, team-based model providing intensive, community-based treatment that helps preserve families, promote reunification, and stabilize youth in their home environments.
What You’ll Do
As the
IIH Team Lead, you’ll provide clinical oversight and support to a multidisciplinary team delivering intensive in-home services to at-risk youth and their families. You’ll coordinate assessments and treatment planning, guide crisis interventions, ensure access to community resources, and support team members in delivering trauma-informed, family-centered care. You'll also help manage documentation, training, and quality assurance to ensure effective, 24/7 support that keeps youth stable in their homes and communities.

Ideal Candidate Attributes
To join our team, you must be a
mental health professional with strong clinical judgment, leadership skills, and a deep commitment to supporting at-risk youth and families. You will have experience providing community-based, trauma-informed care and be confident in guiding a team through crisis interventions, treatment planning, and intensive family support.
We Also Require
- Must be a fully or provisionally licensed professional in North Carolina, such as LCMHC(A), LPA, LMFT(A), or LCSW(A).
- Must have a minimum of one (1) year documented experience with population
- Must have a valid, unrestricted, state appropriate driver’s license
