Our dynamic team of Data Engineers, Software Engineers, and BI Engineers is looking for a Technical Program Manager who can drive complex technical programs and shape the future of sales enablement. Working closely with our sister organization AFX (CRM systems), you'll lead the charge in software development, AI initiatives, and cross-organizational collaboration.
Key job responsibilities
Program Management:
- Owns large, complex technical programs (Skills Management, Atrium, Slack integrations, AI Agents)
- Manages lifecycle of complex cross-functional technology initiatives
- Drives timely decisions and unblocks teams to increase speed of delivery
- Creates predictable process paths and streamlines excess processes
Technical Leadership:
- Understands system limitations, scaling factors, and architectural decisions
- Reviews and influences technical design decisions
- Partners with engineering teams to determine project priorities
- Ensures architecture scales to match business needs
Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of cloud architecture and AWS services
- Knowledge of AI/ML infrastructure and agent architectures
- Ability to evaluate end-to-end system designs for scalability, latency, security
- Can identify risks caused by technical complexity
Execution & Communication:
- Drives crisp decisions about project priorities
- Communicates effectively with Directors and VPs
- Drives effective decision-making through clear communication, data-driven insights, and skillful navigation of technical trade-offs while building strong stakeholder relationships and mentoring others.
