The hiring range for this role is:
$85,000.00 - $120,000.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range andthis hiringrange may also be modified in the future. A candidate’s position within the hiring range may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for annual bonusincentivepay.

This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide comprehensive legal and administrative support within a small legal team. This role focuses on contracting, regulatory filings, compliance, and litigation support, with a strong emphasis on healthcare, pharmacy, and insurance licensing frameworks.
Primary Job Functions
- Contract Management Support: Draft, review, redline, and manage a broad range of healthcare-related contracts, including provider agreements, pharmacy contracts, and vendor agreements.
- Regulatory Filing Management: Prepare, submit, and track regulatory filings required by federal and state agencies. Ensure that all filings are completed accurately, promptly, and by applicable regulations and guidelines. Maintain a comprehensive calendar of filing deadlines and monitor for regulatory changes that impact filing obligations. Coordinate with internal departments to gather supporting documentation. Respond to regulatory inquiries as needed.
- Litigation and Dispute Support: Assist with the management of litigation and regulatory disputes, including lawsuits, arbitrations, and investigations. Maintain litigation tracking tools and ensure accurate recordkeeping. Manage subpoenas, legal holds, and related e-discovery processes. Provide internal stakeholders with relevant case information.
- Legal Administration: Maintain legal files, regulatory filing calendars, contract tracking systems, and data repositories; perform paraprofessional services to support the legal department on assigned cases or projects.
Education, Experience and Certification
Education:
Required: (1 out of the 4 is applicable)
Associate's degree or paralegal certificate required.
Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Paralegal Studies
Associate of Science (AS) in Legal Studies
Associate of Arts (AA) in Paralegal or Legal Studies
Experience:
Required:
5-7 years experience as a paralegal
3+ years experience in PBM, healthcare, or insurance organizations
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to meet deadlines and to handle rush projects, the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proficient at Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
