Project Kuiper is Amazon’s low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead strategic process excellence initiatives across our global supply chain operations. This role will drive continuous improvement programs, optimize operational efficiency, and implement best practices to enhance our supply chain performance. The ideal candidate will combine strong program management expertise with deep knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
Candidate superpowers should include ownership, stakeholder management, creating clarity out of ambiguity, and enabling productive collaboration.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead large-scale supply chain transformation initiatives focused on process excellence
- Develop and execute comprehensive program roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives
- Establish governance frameworks and best practices for program execution
- Lead end-to-end process mapping and optimization initiatives
- Develop business cases for improvement initiatives
- Develop standardized processes and procedures across supply chain operations
- Create dashboards and reporting mechanisms for visibility into process improvements
- Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives
- Be flexible to changing priorities, open to new ideas and enjoy working with ambiguity
