Position Summary:
Promotes, sells and directs company systems and technologies within the assigned account(s). Performs risk analysis on technical programs. Primary liaison between the customer and the organization. Coordinates and supervises the day to day execution of the services and the relevant personnel at the rig site. Monitors daily progress of job(s) or project(s). Provides extensive technical guidance and work direction to field staff and customers. Performs pre and post job evaluations, processes paperwork, monitors invoicing, directs bidding and pricing proposals. Ensure operations is compliant with the local and global QHSE policy at the rig site and office. Reviews contracts. Handles special projects, as assigned.
Essential Functions:
- Supports customer projects from the bid receipt to project completion. Reviews and submits customer proposals, specifications, drawings, attends pre-bid meetings, site walks to determine scope of work and required contents of the estimate.
- Prepare and review project estimates to be used in customer proposal and bid documents.
- Analyzes and incorporates historical data from past projects, subcontracts, productivity reports, and other into unit and labor rate figures to prepare accurate time, cost, and labor estimates for projects.
- Work with customers and employees to answer technical and project, project logistics, and scope questions, some development and maintenance of technical documentation.
- Ensure timely generation and documentation of estimates and quotes utilized in the preparation of proposals for site access solutions ensuring adherence to the schedule issued.
- Maintains files of working documents as back-up for estimates.
- Participates in bid strategy and presentation meetings.
- With support of operations prepares and submits timely and accurate customer billing and communicates information to internal billing team to be recorded in system
- Supports job cost control tracking, development or revenue recognition units and productivity analysis reporting.
- Develops and maintains a project schedule. Supports preparation of & maintains change orders and communicate status to team.
- Requires strong computer skills. Previous exposure with mapping software such as AutoCAD, KMZ, Bluebeam or MS Projects a plus.
- Understanding of the industry standards, practices and procedures and concepts within the Electrical Utility field.
- Ability to support multiple projects while ensuring that all deadlines are met.

- 2 or more years' experience in a similar role.
Education & Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma or educational equivalent. 4 years related oilfield experience. Basic understanding of a single product segment / service(s) in an operational area or district. Thorough understanding of customer requirements. Basic understanding of processes and procedures of the operating area. Ability to use skills, knowledge and techniques in problem recognition and solution development. Competency with MS Office software and business unit proprietary software. Ability to plan, forecast material requirement and generate cost proposals. Demonstrate ability to risk assess technical options and propose any required mitigations.
