Position Responsibilities:
Manages difficult and/or cross-functional infrastructure builds/goals. Work is tactical, however contributes to strategic initiatives. Defines program requirements and helps team(s) / partners to meet goals. Makes trade-offs such as time vs. scope vs. cost. Clears blockers and escalates appropriately. Accelerates progress by driving timely decisions. Able to deep dive and define infrastructure requirements and dependencies for deploying technical products. Capable of adapting infrastructure builds to varying scenarios though dependencies are known. Able to spot integration risks and ask the right technical questions to ensure appropriate trade-offs are made when delivering infrastructure builds. Improves project and process efficiency. Optimizes cross-team processes to improve efficiency and delivery.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field and three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have three years of experience in the following skill(s): (1) technical infrastructure management experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds; (2) experience with stakeholder management; (3) experience owning program status communications and imparting summaries for program to leadership/management and delivery teams; (4) experience implementing metrics, defining training required to support programs objectives, and operationalizing standard operating procedures based on deployment methodologies.
