Key job responsibilities
In this capacity the Reverse Logistics Global Operations Process Leader will: 1) Drive operational excellence through physical and systemic process optimization, focusing on improving capacity, cost efficiency, AI utilization, quality metrics, and customer experience, 2) Serve as a crucial link between operations, technical, and business teams by managing escalations, conducting deep-dives, and implementing solutions to resolve operational barriers, 3) Develop and lead the project management function to support the Product Ops organization.

With a deep understanding of business and product operations, this role demands the ability to operate across various functions and influence a wide range of stakeholders. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong business acumen and expertise in leveraging product operations experience to achieve exceptional growth within tight deadlines.
The position requires building collaborative, long-term relationships with a holistic business perspective, rather than focusing solely on individual products or suppliers. Responsibilities include a solid grasp of reverse supply chain operations, manufacturing models, and consumer electronics product lifecycle. Effective judgment is essential for addressing issues and driving change. Additionally, the role demands excellent relationship-building skills to engage, influence, and negotiate with both suppliers and Sr. leaders within the organization.

As an Operations Process Leader, you will drive operational excellence through a dynamic mix of strategic thinking and hands-on problem-solving. Your days will be diverse, involving performance analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership of improvement initiatives. You'll bridge Operations and Support teams, conducting deep-dives into metrics, developing data-driven solutions, and standardizing workflows. The role demands a balance between tactical operations and strategic projects, requiring strong relationship-building skills across the organization.
