We are looking for an experienced, innovative, and strategic Senior Data Engineer. This leader is a technical leader responsible for driving the data architecture and engineering strategy for Amazon Prime Video Content and Digital Supply Chain.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical stakeholders and data consumers to define the long-term vision and roadmap of right data infrastructure and architect solutions to tackle complex data challenges, and enable organization to scale the business, and you will be mentoring a team of talented data engineers.

Architect and deliver exemplary data solutions that are efficient, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business needs.
Influence the overall data and analytics strategy for the Amazon Prime Video digital supply chain, identifying new opportunities to leverage data to drive business impact.
Tackle intrinsically hard data problems, breaking down complex challenges into straightforward solutions.
Set the standard for data engineering excellence, defining best practices and driving continuous improvement across data pipelines, data models, and analytics processes.
Communicate technical concepts and tradeoffs effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, building consensus and alignment.
Mentor junior team members, including Data Engineers (DEs) and Business Intelligence Engineers (BIEs), helping them grow their skills and amplify their impact.
