Southeast Gas has an immediate opening for a part-time Administrative Assistant at its Andalusia Office. Hours are Monday - Thursday 8 A.M. - 12 P.M. and Friday 8 A.M. - 1 P.M.
Responsibilities for the job include:
· Answers incoming calls and routes to appropriate person
· Performs routine clerical duties as assigned to support Corporate Services employees
· Operating multi-line telephone system
· Operating general office equipment, including computers
· Sitting for extended periods of time
Requirements for the job include:
· Two years of related experience
· High School Diploma or GED
· Valid Alabama Driver's License
· Strong verbal communication skills
