This role leads the strategic alignment of technology initiatives with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration and effective delivery of IT services. This role involves close collaboration with business units, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, InfoSec, and Operations to meet both business and security requirements. Additionally, this role works with customers and managed service vendors to ensure technology solutions are aligned with business needs and operational excellence. Essential Functions

Qualifications
Education
- Required Bachelor's Degree in computer science, business administration, or a related IT or management discipline, or equivalent work experience.
Experience
- 12+ Years experience in IT leadership roles, with significant experience in business partnering or similar roles Required
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
- Proven experience with effective vendor management.
- 10+ plus years of supervisory or management experience in an information technology department.
- Minimum five years of senior management experience with demonstrated knowledge of strategic planning and experience developing and implementing strategies for achieving business objectives and organizing and managing multiple priorities
