ARC is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team! In this role you will partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies for all roles at all levels. You will lead key TA programs (ATS optimization, onboarding, orientation, summer intern program, and diversity outreach). You will proactively source candidates through best-in-class candidate generation techniques, including sourcing passive candidates through networking, complex Boolean searches, social media outreach, internet research, job board databases, and market best practices. You will ensure positions are filled efficiently and effectively. You will facilitate selection and offer steps. You will coordinate orientation for new employees. Provide guidance and help execute enterprise-wide TA strategy & initiatives.
Responsibilities- Full cycle recruiting coordination: Post jobs, source candidates, prepare behavioral based interview guides for use in the interviews. Schedule interviews, coordinate candidate travel when needed, handle visitor access, schedule conference rooms, collect required data, coordinate debriefs, facilitate selection, execute pre-screening requirements, and deliver offers.
- Handle onboarding: Schedule speakers, reserve rooms, communicate schedules and expectations, coordinate travel, ensure the candidate and hiring manager experience is remarkable.
- Communication: Ensure timely communication with candidates, hiring managers, vendors, and HR partners. Educate candidates about ARC, our culture, total rewards and expectations of the organization. Educate vendors on ARC hiring needs and the recruiting process. Keep hiring manager and HR partners updated on recruiting efforts, positions status, and offer status. Adapt messaging to different audiences.
- Deliver TA programs: Own and deliver assigned elements of key TA programs (e.g., ATS optimization, onboarding, intern program, or diversity outreach), partnering with the Senior Manager for alignment and impact.
- Optimize ATS: help update fields, configure workflows, add and remove users, troubleshoot issues, run compliance and performance reports, and support integration with the HRIS.
- Project Work: Lead TA initiatives including ATS optimization project, vendor research for potential ATS replacements, and maintain the careers page, and periodically update ARC central with relevant information.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field is preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum of 4-7 years’ full cycle recruiting and sourcing experience in a corporate or related environment
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for technical and data-focused roles, with the ability to understand complex job requirements and align candidates to specialized skill sets.
- Advanced ATS administration, reporting and analytics capabilities, LinkedIn Recruiter and MS Office Suite
- Strong sourcing, pipeline management, and market analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Highly organized self-starter who requires minimal supervision and who excels in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to coach and train less experienced team members
- Project management, prioritization and implementation skills
- Ability to present ARC to candidates with a high degree of professionalism, comfort and confidence
- Ability to manage information in a confidential and professional manner
