Mobile Crisis Counselor – Goldsboro, NC to join our team.

Mobile Crisis Team, you’ll bring calm, compassion, and expertise to some of life’s most challenging moments—helping people find safety, stability, and hope when they need it most.
Your Role in Our Mission
As a Mobile Crisis Clinician, you’ll be on the front lines supporting individuals experiencing behavioral health crises. Working as part of a compassionate, fast-acting team, you’ll provide assessments, interventions, and strength-based crisis planning to ensure safety and stabilization. Every day, you’ll collaborate with families, law enforcement, hospitals, and community partners to deliver timely, coordinated care; helping individuals find hope and regain stability when they need it most.

What We’re Looking For
To join our team, you must be willing to provide care in community and office-based settings, participate in the crisis phone support rotation, and demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to connect families to community resources.:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of two year of crisis experience with MH/DD/SA population.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
