ABOUT THE ROLE
Responsible for providing support in delivering marketing plans for key regional library campaigns. Responsible for providing support and assistance for a range of additional regional marketing activities and channels. Responsible for ensuring activities and results are communicated to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
Key accountabilities include:
• Use available analytics to inform and measure success of marketing activity, and constantly strive to improve results in support of team strategy
• Work closely with the Americas Library Marketing team and Americas Library Sales team to understand sales priorities, major campaigns, offers & initiatives
• Work closely with the Global Library Marketing team to convey and facilitate understanding of how regional goals and market factors feed into the global strategy
• Assist and support with the development of annual and quarterly Americas Library Marketing campaigns aligned with regional sales campaigns & priorities to grow revenue and retain existing business in the Americas
• Assist with communicating and validating plans with Library Marketing and Americas sales teams; communicate results and learning points to demonstrate development
upport and assist successful regional campaign implementation including:
o Events/Conferences
o Awareness
o Lead Generation
o Consortia and agent support
o Post-sale communications and support
• Utilize tactics including digital advertising, email, social, content, events, and others
• Communicate with third party vendors to book digital ads, emails, and other advertising opportunities in support of regional campaigns
• Assist with adapting campaigns and facilitating regional sales enablement as appropriate to meet regional needs
• When needed and when capacity allows (in agreement with your manager), assist other team members with Institutional Marketing activity
ABOUT YOU
Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment

Ability to travel to conferences and events both domestically and internationally as needed
- Marketing experience, including implementing marketing activities preferred
- Interest in academic publishing and/or understanding of the institutional research landscape preferred
- Spanish and/or Portuguese language proficiency preferred

Position Location: This role can be hybrid, based out Cary, NC (2 days a week in office).
GJC Level: S2 (for internal purposes only)
Salary: $46,078 - $51,000 dependent on skills and experience
