This role serves as a trusted advisor to the Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO), driving strategic planning, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment across the technology organization. Leads a strategic and operational execution team supporting the CITO and drives enterprise strategic execution by translating IT and Technology priorities into clear roadmaps, governance, and measurable outcomes. This role oversees the portfolio of strategic initiatives, aligns across the IT and Technology teams, and ensures cross-functional alignment, risk management, and disciplined delivery. It is both a thought partner to the CITO and Executive Vice President, Blue Health Intelligence team and an operator who builds mechanisms for execution, visibility, and accountability across the organization. This role will be the liaison between technology and business operations to ensure enterprise priorities align with technology initiatives.

Strategic Advisor
Serves as the key advisor to the CITO, supporting strategic planning, prioritization, executive communication and cross-functional alignment across the technology org.
Manages and orchestrates the CITO’s strategic priorities, ensuring focus on high-impact initiatives, decisions, and enterprise outcomes
Drives execution of operational initiatives that advance organizational goals, ensuring clear alignment to strategic objectives and measurable outcomes.
Strategic Execution & Portfolio Governance
Translates strategy into portfolio roadmaps, OKRs, and cross-functional delivery plans with clear owners, timelines and success metrics.
Establishes and runs governance across transformational technology and IT programs (including AI and Blue Card technology priorities)
Business Operations Laison
Acts as the central point of integration between technology and business operations, ensuring alignment and transparency between enterprise priorities, technology initiatives and programs.
Partners with Business Operations to lead data governance processes, ensuring coordination between Technology and Business Operations governance forums
Drives operational excellence within the technology organization to support business operations
Partners with business leaders to translate operational needs into technology solutions that drive efficiency, scalability and optimal customer experience
Aligns technology investments with enterprise KPIs
Works collaborative and cross-functionally with segment and business strategy leaders to stay aligned, informed and interdependent on critical major milestones across both teams
Facilitates joint planning sessions between IT and business units to synchronize roadmaps, dependencies, and resource allocation
Monitor and report on business impact of technology initiatives
Project/Program Management
Manages the CITO operating cadence, leadership meetings, agendas, decision tracking and follow through
Coordinates technology communications, strategy updates, quarterly progress aligned with enterprise management process and board governance
Supports board and executive committee interactions related to technology strategy, cybersecurity, and digital transformation
Oversees critical programs and managed service vendors
Coaches IT leaders and program owners on execution discipline and change leadership while championing continous improvement
Support budget management, reporting and tracking in partnership with finance
Builds and leads a high performing team and supports CITO cross functionally in maintaining high performance across all departments with technology and IT
Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, technology governance, cloud, architecture, digital platforms

Required - 12+ Years of experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, or enterprise technology leadership roles
Required – Experience with AI strategy, including leading AI initiatives across the Enterprise

Required - Experience managing complex projects
Preferred – Experience with Blues Plans
