The Salesforce Administrator reflects the mission, vision, and values of the organization by ensuring reliable, high-quality support for Salesforce and related applications. This role is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and enhancing the Salesforce platform and Ascend ecosystem to meet evolving business needs. The administrator monitors system performance, analyzes issues, recommends improvements, and participates in the planning, design, testing, and implementation of system changes. They collaborate closely with stakeholders, apply diagnostic and problem-solving skills, and ensure that configurations, automation, and integrations operate effectively for current and future use. This position requires strong system knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to support end users while contributing to continuous improvement within an agile environment.

Responsibilities:
- Configure Salesforce, including automation capabilities (Flows, Process Builder, validation rules), custom objects, fields, page layouts, apps, and tabs.
- Configure Ascend and Salesforce instances, including custom metadata and settings.
- Load and maintain picklist values.
- Test configurations according to user story decisions and acceptance criteria.
- Provide administration and operational support for assigned projects.
- Monitor, analyze, and recommend system enhancements to support reliability and performance.
- Troubleshoot user reported issues, ensuring timely resolution aligned with service expectations.
- Assist with planning, design, development, testing, and implementation of system changes.
- Maintain application/technical documentation and configuration details.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with team members to support continuous delivery.
- Support end user requests, develop communication, and contribute to improved workflows and best practices.
Qualifications
Required:
- 2–5 years’ experience in core discipline
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree
- Salesforce Platform Administrator Certification
- Familiarity with agile methodology
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively
- Highly driven and able to work independently
