We are seeking a
Board Eligible/Board Certified Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to help expand our comprehensive fracture and trauma services, with a focus on upper extremity trauma and complex fracture care.

- Two trauma-trained orthopedic surgeons focused in pelvic and acetabular reconstruction
- A dedicated hand surgeon supporting complex upper extremity and hand trauma
- A robust trauma infrastructure integrated with regional EMS and community hospital partners
This structure provides immediate subspecialty collaboration and the opportunity to build a premier regional referral center for both upper and lower extremity trauma, fracture non-unions, and challenging reconstructive cases.
The OpportunityAs a key member of our trauma team, you will:
- Provide comprehensive upper extremity and general orthopedic trauma care
- Deliver on-call and routine coverage at a regional Level II Trauma Center
- Perform elective orthopedic trauma and post-traumatic reconstruction procedures
- Develop a regional referral base for fracture non-unions and complex cases
- Direct or co-manage the orthopedic trauma service line
- Collaborate with orthopedic partners to create a world-class comprehensive fracture service
Our trauma program serves patients throughout South Jersey and the tristate region, with coordinated care alongside ARMC's Mobile Intensive Care Unit (MICU) to ensure rapid transport and definitive management of critically injured patients.
