Make an Impact in the Movement of Our Products As an
Analyst Logistics, you'll be at the center of how we move product efficiently, accurately, and on time. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and supporting teams with both technical knowledge and operational insight.

What You'll Be Trusted to Deliver - Oversee and manage daily workflow across Warehouse Management Systems, outbound routing tools, and order-entry platforms-making sure everything flows seamlessly across the distribution network.
- Serve as a key liaison with IT, partnering closely to troubleshoot system issues and support operational continuity.
- Collaborate with business partners across Retail, Merchandising, Transportation, Vendors, and Providers to deliver a high-quality, responsive customer experience.
- Work closely with the Demand Management team to quickly resolve ordering issues and keep product moving.
- Support the onboarding and training of new team members on WMS, ITM, order entry systems, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes or procedures and make recommendations that strengthen overall workflow efficiency.
- Act as a subject matter expert for your area of responsibility, guiding partners through system and process challenges.
- Contribute to the creation and updates of Standard Operating Procedures to ensure clarity, consistency, and operational excellence.
- Assist in managing urgent or unexpected situations-such as system outages or facility disruptions-with calm, effective problem-solving.
Working Schedule - Hybrid: 3 days in office
- Shift: Second shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM)
- Rotating weekend coverage
What You Bring Education & Experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- Experience with systems such as SEGA, WMS, TLM, and Excel
- Experience collaborating with vendors, transportation partners, and third-party providers

Knowledge - Basic understanding of trucking, distribution, supply chain, and replenishment
- General knowledge of company and industry best practices
