As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will require technical understanding of AI/ML systems, exceptional organizational and program management skills, and proven experience leading large-scale technical programs at the speed of the AI market.
As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading end-to-end program planning and execution for major AI platform initiatives, which includes defining technical roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
- Driving cross-functional alignment on priorities, timelines, and resources, and ensuring cross-functional activities and deliverables complete on time and within scope.
- Leading the Product Development Process and the full software development lifecycle and release process for AI products and solutions.
- Leveraging technical expertise to lead complex projects, and managing programs from concept to market, including planning, risk, and schedule management.
- Establishing program metrics, tracking progress, monitoring updates, communicating changes to leaders, and offering guidance while mentoring team members.
Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have 8 years of relevant experience in technical program management, cloud infrastructure engineering or AI/ML or its equivalent
- Be comfortable navigating ambiguity, handling risks, and shifting gears as needed.
- Inspire people at all levels of the organization without authority.
- Demonstrate ability in change management and transformation processes.
- Have significant experience in Agile processes and methodologies
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment having to manage high visibility, time sensitive, large scale complex programs.
- Have good domain knowledge in cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, distributed systems, or AI/ML inference workloads (experience with GPU infrastructure)
