We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Senior Human Resources (HR) Representative to assist the HRBP Community of Practice (CoP). This role provides functional deliverables for client organizations, advancing business initiatives during a transformative time. Responsibilities include supporting the US-based HR Business Partner (HRBP) team and collaborating with the VP, Global HR Business Partnering.

As a Senior Human Resources Representative, you will work closely with the HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and as appropriate outside of HR. The Senior HR Rep will gather the applicable data to support a consistent product and cadence being delivered. You should possess the ability to cross between a creative and programmatic mindset to transform raw, technical and complex content into digestible visuals that communicate clearly and effectively. This may include supporting the development of talent strategies, ID&E initiatives, targeted learning, annual cycle programs, employee relations and workforce planning.
As a Senior Human Resources Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Aggregating metrics like attrition, diversity, performance and Pulse survey then produce a customer ready product for the HRBPs.
- Transforming technical and complex concepts and content into digestible visuals that communicate clearly and effectively.
- Collaborating with Compensation and HRBP's to facilitate Annual Compensation programs and supporting the Annual Talent Assessment process.
- Creating a framework to standardize processes across functions while supporting HR programs through collaboration with HRBP teams.
- Owning the Global HRBP meeting cadence, agenda and coordination and driving the CoP annual Learning series, content and enablement.
- Applying your keen interest and curiosity of AI to all engagements and ways of working / innovating.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience or its equivalent.
- Be able to find themes within data and experiences that can inform the business of possible trends.
- Possess the ability to collaborate with colleagues at all different levels of the organization.
- Able to work independently with a high degree of discretion
- Be proficient with Technology or Business Analytics along with proficiency in Google, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Oracle HRMS.
- Have organizational and communication skills to work effectively in a diverse corporate and client environment.
