The Audio, Twitch, Games (ATG) PXT team is looking for a Principal HRBP to lead talent strategy and support business growth. You'll partner directly with VPs and Directors to drive people and organizational outcomes through scalable, integrated solutions.
Key job responsibilities
Organizational Effectiveness
– Develop and execute HR strategies including org design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills development
– Use people metrics and business data to identify and drive systemic improvements across multiple orgs
– Design org structures that enable fast decision-making, strong culture, and customer focus
– Partner with Talent Acquisition, Central HR, and Finance on comprehensive workforce plans
Senior Leader Effectiveness
– Serve as primary HRBP to VP and Directors, advising on organizational capabilities
– Build diverse, inclusive executive talent pipelines and leadership bench strength
– Provide executive coaching on management effectiveness, complex challenges, and culture
– Lead talent reviews and succession planning at the senior level
Change Management
– Use data to identify trends, risks, and hotspots; develop change plans
– Guide leaders through organizational transformations using inclusive thinking and stakeholder management
– Monitor change effectiveness and business impact
– Translate business strategy into simple, scalable HR processes
Talent Planning & Management
– Embed talent mechanisms into business rhythm — annual and mid-year reviews, performance management, development
– Coach leaders and facilitate workforce planning and resource allocation decisions
– Anticipate talent needs and capability gaps and develop goals to support these efforts
– Provide strategic compensation consultation (annual planning, promotions, ad hoc analysis)
– Drive innovative employee engagement solutions
