A day in the life
☀️ Morning — You wrangle stakeholders like a cat herder with a strategy deck. A network-wide change initiative needs your magic touch — and your calendar already looks like a game of Tetris.
🌤️ Midday — You're polishing a 6-pager for leadership, turning "we moved some tickets" into a compelling transformation narrative. Shakespeare could never.
🌙 Afternoon — You mentor junior TPM, architect a scalable framework, and casually check your CTEI metrics like a pilot scanning instruments mid-flight.
You don't just manage change — you make change.
