As a Senior Program Manager:
- You will own end-to-end program delivery, working with senior leaders across multiple organizations to define strategy, set goals, and execute against ambitious timelines.
- You will be responsible for identifying and solving complex problems, driving process improvements, and ensuring programs deliver measurable business impact.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional partners, influencing without direct authority
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and business impact
- Mentor and develop junior program managers, raising the bar for program management excellence
- Drive mechanisms that scale, ensuring programs can grow efficiently as the business expands
