The Studios Producer is responsible for the day-to-day customer project management work for the video studios team within Amazon’s Event Productions organization in the America region. They serve as the primary contact for studio-based and on-location video productions, acting as the liaison between the Video Studios Customer and the production team to fulfill the customer's vision, conduct the project roadmap, and deliver the highest quality product, and a great experience. Customers are fellow Amazonians seeking video production services. The Studio Producer collaborates on video production services for both in-studio and on-location, provides skilled media storytelling, organizes all production-related studio needs — video, lighting, audio, setup, and recording — and logs important information for the post-production team. Successful team members will seamlessly step into a corporate environment, deliver compelling brand stories that inspire and engage, communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization, have strong organizational skills, and demonstrate the ability to work across multiple teams and cultures.

Pre-Production:
• Assists customers with planning meetings
• Guides the customer clearly through the production process
• Prepares and distributes production paperwork

• Oversees and runs technical rehearsals
• Communicates clearly with all team members and stakeholders
Day-of Production:
• Leads the day-of shoot operations
• Owns of the safety of the set for crew and customers
• Serves as the point of communication for crew, talent, and customers
• Is responsible for calling audio, video, and lighting cues
• Tracks and records editorial notes
• Ensures a high-standard of production that is on-brand and exceeds customer expectation
• Manages and assists direction of the studio talent
• Dynamically flexes to customer needs and adapts to complications
Post-Production:
• Oversees the change-over of studio space between productions
• Manages any final handoff needs
• Hands off project to Post-Producer and Post-Production
