Key job responsibilities
• Serve as the strategic owner and single point of accountability for one high-value, enterprise client relationship
• Define and execute comprehensive long-term account strategy, including in areas where no prior strategy exists

• Anticipate client needs through continuous immersion in their business, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape
• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that solve endemic problems unique to this client
• Exert broad strategic influence across Amazon teams — including product, engineering, legal, finance, and operations — to align them toward client success
• Lead business and senior leader reviews up to VP level; present strategies and recommendations to Amazon leadership
• Facilitate executive-level discussions and QBRs between client C-suite and Amazon leadership
• Manage escalations with sound judgment, maintaining trust while driving resolution
• Drive measurable impact on client business outcomes, satisfaction metrics, and revenue expansion
• Identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and value creation before competitors do
• Create scalable mechanisms and playbooks adaptable to other strategic accounts
• Mentor Account Managers on complex client relationship management and contribute to organizational knowledge
