Amazon Leo is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Amazon Leo will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.
Our customers connect to our network via a customer terminal— an antenna connected to their network, that talks directly to our satellites overhead. As a Senior Product Manager, Technical for Antenna Systems, you'll own the complete lifecycle of these customer terminals. You'll shape how billions of people access fast, reliable internet from anywhere on Earth.
This is a highly collaborative role where you'll partner with engineering, design, finance, and leadership across Leo and Amazon to define, develop, and launch products that solve real connectivity challenges. You'll combine technical depth with customer empathy to drive decisions that matter at scale.

A day in the life
Product management at Amazon Leo is a healthy blend of dynamism and structure— balancing the urgent issues with the strategic, with the clear responsibility to deliver on behalf of our customers. You might start your day engaging with customers alongside business development peers, then transition into a technical discussion with our engineering team about system tradeoffs and design approaches. Later, you could be presenting product strategy to senior leaders across Amazon, advocating for your customers' priorities in resource allocation conversations. You'll also collaborate with design and marketing teams to refine how we communicate product capabilities, and work through prioritization decisions that balance technical feasibility, customer impact, and business goals. Throughout, you’ll work alongside a team with diverse expertise and keen bias for action on a cornerstone of the Amazon Leo enterprise.
About the team
We're building the infrastructure for a connected world. Our team has a mix of expertise — layer 1-7 networking, mathematics, cellular, chip design, and (of course) satellite communications. On top of that, we’re program- and product-managers, who are motivated to bring our individual expertise to bear on the challenge of making connectivity products—hardware and software— that delight and enable our customers to work, play, learn and create.
