The Seasonal Process Assistant role is a short-term assignment. The Seasonal PA will be the point-of-contact for a department within the FC and work to continuously improve the functionality and level of service that the FCs provide to our customers. The Seasonal PA is also to exceed departmental safety, quality and productivity goals. They will provide leadership, daily coaching and recommend/ escalate performance issues of associates to the area managers. The Seasonal PA will report to either the Area Manager or Operations Manager based on building structure.

Key job responsibilities
• Lead the daily management of department duties, including allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties, and communicating with internal and external suppliers
• Provide seasonal relief coverage for Area Managers
• Provide policy follow-up, attendance tracking (duties do not extend to discipline)
• Track and report ATS labor hours; maintenance of hours and schedules
• Assist the floor as an associate resource, training associates and verifying SOP compliance
• Ensure successful area performance, through tracking, reporting and feedback of associate performance
• Escalate performance / disciplinary action to HR Team and Vendor Coaches for temp associates and Area Managers for Amazonian associates
• Troubleshoot problems through to resolution, escalating to manager as needed
• Perform production duties as needed
• Fully understand workflow and daily production goals
• Review and update SOP as required
• Assist in keeping work area clean and organized
• Identify and address safety hazards within the work area
• Participate and drive safety initiatives; Coach associates to work safely at all times
• Refer all job injuries immediately to area manager
