Amazon has a track record of inventing category-defining products that change how people work. We did it with AWS, Alexa, and the Kindle. Now we're doing it again with Amazon Quick: an agentic AI assistant that is redefining the enterprise productivity category.
Amazon Quick changes how you work. It connects across every business system and productivity tool to deliver insights that were previously unattainable and produce business deliverables on behalf of users. Unlike tools that live inside a single vendor's ecosystem, Quick works regardless of what systems you use or data types you have. It understands work context at a personal, team, and organizational level so it knows what matters most, and takes personalized action on behalf of users, all built on AWS with the enterprise security and governance customers already trust.
We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join the Quick Product Marketing team. This is an individual contributor role focused on customer storytelling and social proof. You will find the customers who have transformed how they work with Quick, tell their stories across every channel that matters, and partner with our social media team to amplify those narratives to reach new users. Quick is scaling fast, backed by meaningful investment and senior executive visibility. This is a chance to shape the narrative for a flagship AI product at Amazon.
About the Role
As a Product Marketing Manager for Amazon Quick, you will own customer storytelling and social proof for the product. Your job is to find organizations that have been transformed by Quick, understand their journey, and bring those stories to life through keynotes, social media, events, and digital content. You will also partner closely with the Quick Social Media team to drive storytelling that highlights Quick's core value proposition and reaches an audience of new users.
You will partner cross-functionally with product management, sales, customer success, social media, events, and creative teams to surface the best customer stories and activate them across channels.
Key job responsibilities
Customer Storytelling: Identify and develop relationships with customers who have transformed their organizations with Quick. Understand their journey, quantify their impact, and craft narratives that resonate across audiences.

Content creation: Develop customer-facing assets including video testimonials, written case studies, blog posts, event presentations, social media content, and keynote narratives.
Customer pipeline development: Build and maintain a pipeline of customer advocates and reference accounts. Work with customer success and sales teams to identify high-impact stories and secure customer participation.
Story strategy: Define the customer storytelling roadmap, aligning stories to product launches, campaigns, and market moments where social proof will have maximum impact.
Metrics and optimization: Track the reach and impact of customer stories across channels. Use data to refine what formats, channels, and narratives drive the most awareness and adoption.
Cross-functional partnership: Collaborate with product marketing, demand generation, events, and field teams to ensure customer stories are integrated into broader go-to-market efforts.
