Amazon Devices—the team behind Echo, Kindle, Fire TV, Ring, Blink, eero, and more—is seeking a Sr. Manager of Product Management to lead a team within our Cross-Devices Marketing organization.
This role will lead a team of PMs who drive and optimize how customers discover and buy Devices online. You will own integrated marketing strategy on- and offsite, customer segmentation and targeting, channel marketing execution, and A/B and multivariate experimentation. Your team will also co-owns topline business goals, optimizing the customer journey from impression through conversion. You will also help build and scale AI-powered marketing solutions that transform how we create, target, and measure campaigns.
This role combines strategic ownership of business outcomes with hands-on leadership of a high-performing team in one of Amazon's most visible product organizations. You will use data to understand what drives customer behavior across our online surfaces, identify where we can improve, and build the mechanisms to act on those insights at scale.

Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Lead a team focused on Devices marketing across off and onsite surfaces
- Develop frameworks for understanding how customers move through our marketing funnel, what influences conversion, and where we have leverage
- Drive experimentation programs that optimize CX and improve business outcomes
- Build relationships with product line leaders, central teams, and technology partners to influence the customer experience
- Establish mechanisms and reporting that give leadership clear visibility into marketing inputs and their connection to business results
- Identify and drive long-term process improvements that scale the team's impact
