The Customer Trust External Relations (CTXR) organization works to ensure the public understands the actions Amazon takes to maintain a trustworthy shopping experience—for customers, brands, and selling partners around the world.
We're looking for a marketing manager to lead the Americas marketing team within CTXR. This is a people-first leadership role for someone who knows how to build, develop, and manage a high-performing team in a fast-paced, content-forward environment. You'll bring experience leading teams that produce a high volume of editorial and event-driven work—and you'll know how to keep that work moving without sacrificing quality or strategic focus.
In this role, you'll set the direction for marketing programs across the Americas region, working closely with communications, policy, and program teams to ensure our external content reflects the reality of Amazon's approach to customer trust. Your team is responsible for producing articles, reports, social content, event programming, and other materials that help influential audiences—including policymakers, regulators, media, brands, and consumer advocacy groups—understand and engage with Amazon's work.
The right candidate is a strong people leader who can coach a team through high-volume production cycles, build a culture of editorial excellence, and bring a clear strategic point of view to how we tell our story across channels and events.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across CTXR and Amazon on Americas marketing programs
• Track and report on team output, content performance, and event outcomes—using data to inform strategy and resource decisions
• Represent the Americas marketing team in cross-functional planning, leadership reviews, and stakeholder conversations
