Key job responsibilities
We are seeking a Senior Manager to own the functional delivery, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
of Amazon Leo's Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), CAD, Fleet Management, ServiceNow, Supply Chain (Ariba,
E2open, or equivalent), and Trade Management platforms. This role holds functional ownership of the stated
applications, manages a team of systems development engineers, platform administrators, and technical program
managers, and leads the implementation of Supply Chain and Trade Management systems as they are stood up for
Leo.
This is a people management role. The leader we hire will build, develop, and retain a high-performing team while
delivering platform capabilities at pace. Success depends on hiring well, growing talent, maintaining a healthy team
culture, and creating the operating mechanisms that let a growing team deliver reliably.
This role is the execution arm for changes recommended by the Architecture Authority and the Business Process
Excellence function. When Architecture defines how systems connect and BPE defines how work flows, this role
delivers the platform changes that make both real. Accountability runs from requirements through build, test,
deployment, and sustained operations.
