We’re hiring a senior product leader to help shape the future of AI-powered shopping at Amazon.
Alexa for Shopping is reinventing how hundreds of millions of customers discover products, make decisions, and get things done, from finding the right product to tracking prices and automating everyday shopping tasks. This is a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of generative AI, agentic experiences, and commerce at extraordinary scale.
The Principal PMT for Rufus International will define how we build Rufus for the world. This leader will own the product vision and multi-year technical strategy for global expansion, making “Worldwide from Day 1” the default across every marketplace and surface. They will identify and drive the foundational investments needed to dramatically reduce the time, cost, and complexity of bringing Rufus innovations to customers globally.
With Rufus already serving customers across Europe, Japan, India, and Canada, this is a rare opportunity to shape the architecture and operating model behind one of Amazon’s most ambitious global AI products. The Principal PMT will make consequential product and technical decisions spanning global feature parity, localization, skills and tool integrations, and platform evolution, while empowering international teams to innovate faster and build experiences tailored to their customers.
This is a highly visible, high-impact role at the intersection of generative AI, global commerce, and platform transformation. The Principal PMT will represent the Rufus International strategy in senior leadership forums and align leaders across product, engineering, science, and international teams on the priorities, investments, and trade-offs required to bring the future of AI-powered shopping to customers around the world.
