- Fulfillment Center Associates — Pick, pack, and ship customer orders from our fulfillment centers, ensuring every package is ready for delivery.
- Sortation Center Associates — Receive, sort, and load packages to route them to their next destination quickly and accurately.
- Delivery Station Associates — Prepare packages for the last mile by receiving, organizing, and loading them for delivery drivers.
- Distribution Center Associates — Get groceries, household essentials, and everyday items ready for fast delivery to customers.
- Grocery Warehouse Associates — Act as a personal shopper, picking and preparing online grocery orders for quick delivery.
- XL Warehouse Associates — Handle oversized and heavy items, managing unique customer orders with items over 50 pounds.
- Quick Ship Associates — Process, prepare, and label packages for same-day delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Amazon Air Associates — Work in airport warehouse operations, sorting and loading packages for air cargo transport.
- Delivery Drivers (DSP & Amazon Flex) — Deliver packages to customers' doors through Amazon's Delivery Service Partner program or as a flexible Amazon Flex driver.
- Customer Service Associates — Help customers resolve questions and issues, delivering the world-class service Amazon is known for.
- Amazon Retail Store & Pharmacy Associates — Support in-person customer experiences at Amazon retail locations and pharmacy operations.
