The Global Events Content team is seeking an experienced Event Program Manager to own two content mandates for 1P flagship events: the embargo content lifecycle for confidential launch sessions, and workshop (interactive, hands-on) content and delivery. For embargo, this role manages confidential launch session content end-to-end from session intake through post-launch, in close partnership with Product Marketing and launch operations. For workshops, it serves as the Event Content team’s primary liaison with the workshop content and delivery platform team, ensuring hands-on sessions run smoothly. The ideal candidate is strategic-minded, highly organized, operationally rigorous, security-conscious, and comfortable coordinating across Product Marketing, launch operations, event technology, and vendor partners in a fast-paced global environment.

- Oversee embargo content tooling, manage permissions and data security protocols, and drive decisions on tooling changes tied to process improvement.
- Design and continuously improve embargo workstream processes, identifying gaps and implementing changes that increase operational rigor and reduce risk as the program scales.

- Manage capacity planning, workback schedules, and speaker communications for hands-on sessions.
- Coordinate with Demand Generation, Event Operations, Event Technology, and vendor partners to ensure content is published, promoted, updated, and surfaced correctly across web and mobile catalogs.
- Create and maintain documentation including playbooks, standardized processes, program narratives, and strategy documents, some of which are reviewed by senior leadership.
- Track and report on workstream performance metrics including CSAT scores, attendance, deadline compliance, catalog dwell time, and catalog activity to inform decisions and demonstrate impact.
