We are the authority on Featured Offers across Search, Product Detail Page, Homepage, and 50+ widgets. We drive 99% of all units purchased on Amazon WW, serving 5.4MM requests per second.
This is a highly visible high impact position where you will shape the software architecture and directly influence the shopping experience for Amazon customers.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead a high performing team of 10 engineers, transforming the most visible and high impact tier-1 service with AI native development
- Lead the AI development initiatives
- Own the technical strategy and delivery of complex 0-1 programs
- Define team charter, vision, and roadmaps
- Own operational excellence for the team's systems, ensuring high availability and low latency
- Collaborate with partner teams across Amazon and influence them to deliver value for our customers
